Main Activities
LSHE has the following main activities:
- Research
on various economic law issues, such as consumer protection, antimonopoly,
intellectual property rights and international trade
- Producing
academic drafts of certain laws and regulations
- Consulting
in the area of economic law
Collaborating
with foreign research institutions, such as Institute of Developing
Economies-Japan External Trade Organizations, University of Washington,
University of South Carolina, and the Gesellschaft fuer teknische Zusammenarbeit.
