Who are we?
Living Stones Home Educators (LSHE) is a parent-run homeschool cooperative where we come together with our God-given gifts, talents and resources to provide our children with a Christ centered homeschool education. Our goal is to provide fun and unique experiences to homeschool families that would not be afforded at home. We offer quality Enrichment Classes that enhance the homeschool curriculum of families.
Our Mission
Our mission is to foster a homeschool community that emphasizes kingdom relationships, increases faith, builds responsibility and supports homeschooling parents with the commitment of everyone involved through the opportunity of enrichment courses.
What do we do?
LSHE offers 50-minute Enrichment Classes that provide an opportunity for our students to meet and enjoy classes with other students in their age and grade group. Classes are available to students from Kindergarten until 12th grade. Our main goal is to strengthen their weaknesses, enhance their strengths and encourage them to be who God uniquely created them to be.
When do we meet?
Every Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM, all grades meet as one group for worship and a chapel devotional. After the first two classes, everyone joins back together, once again, for bagged lunches and recess. After recess, class resumes. Pick up of students is promptly at 2:00 PM.
Where do we meet?
We meet at Living Stones Church in various classrooms throughout the building. Room details are provided at parent orientation.
